Killing Alive To Innocent People In Suryapet District For Money

Today, innocent people are killed while they are still alive by some persons of criminal behavior, laws and basic human rights do not apply to them, all they need is money, and they meet those who need it, and they mislead higher-ups by telling them things they do not know.

In our observation, they are also taking the help of former or current MLAs to carry out their evil deeds. It has come to our attention that false cases and false FIRs are currently being filed in the Thirumalagiri police station area of Suryapet district, Telangana State Of India.

Let's take Rapolu Vijaya as an example. Rapolu Vijaya belongs to a poor family from the Vaddera caste. Vijaya is the eldest child of Vijaya's parents, along with her two younger brothers. The entire family survives on the meager income they earn by stoning. Vijaya was married to Rapolu Raju, a native of Jagannathapally village, Rayaparthi mandal, Warangal district, in 2005 at the age of 12. Vijaya had two sons. Nine years ago, the husband, fell ill and died, and as the sons became young children, they came to their mother's house in Suryapet district, Tirumalgiri, in a desperate situation.

Vijaya was encouraged by her parents to support her children by working as a wage labourer. After Vijaya came to her mother's house, she found out that there was a vacancy for her to work at Damera Somaiya's house in the Tirumalagiri town center. She came early in the morning and started working as a sweeper and house keeper, earning Rs. 2,000 per month. Vijaya would work at Damera Somaiya's house and then go back to work as a wage labourer. In this way, she would earn a living while taking care of her children.

What injustice has been done to Vijaya?

In Vijaya's own words: "For the past 1 year, Damera Somaiya has been sexually harassing me for the past year. He once grabbed my hand and dragged me into the bedroom. I opposed that work, resisted, and escaped. For not surrendering to him, he has framed me and falsely accused me of a theft that did not happen. He has filed a false case of theft against me, causing me great emotional distress and is demanding Rs. 6 lakhs from me. "A case of attempted rape should be registered against Damera Somaiya, who tried to rape me and is physically harassing me, and I should be protected from his false harassment," she says.

In fact, this problem is not unique to Vijaya, but is a problem for all domestic workers in the two Telugu states. Some are sexually harassing domestic workers, forcing them to submit, and if they do not submit, filing false cases against them. On the other hand, they are suspecting domestic workers for lost, forgotten or missing items. This is happening in both Telugu states, according to our observation.

The harassment has increased due to the cooperation of some corrupt police officers with the accused. Unless strict legal action is taken against those who file false police cases and corrupt police officers who file false police FIRs, domestic workers have no legal protection.

Here, considering the case of Vijaya:

It seems that Damera Somaiya's strategy was that if Vijaya pay 6 lakhs, then even if he pays 1 lakh here (Illegal police officer who has filed false case against Vijay), 1 lakh there (Corruption police officer who supported false case against Vijay), and 1 lakh there (Corruption political leaders and mediators who supported false case against Vijay), he will still have 3 lakhs left, which is why everyone together mentally tormented Vijaya.

"Shudra Women Army" requests the government to register several cases, including the rape attempt case against Damera Somaiya, arrest him and take police cusody and provide protection to Rapolu Vijaya.

The "Shudra Women Army" said that it will fight legally until justice is served to Rapolu Vijaya.
