తొండ తిరుమలగిరి (సూర్యాపేట జిల్లా) కొత్త మున్సిపాలిటీ ఏర్పాడిన తేదీ: అక్టోబర్ 11, 2016 నాటి నుండి నేటి వరకు మున్సిపాలిటీలోని పేద ప్రజలు ఎలాంటి అభివృద్ధికి నోచుకోలేదు. తిరుమలగిరిలో జనాభా (2011) లెక్కల ప్రకారం తొండ తిరుమలగిరి మునిసిపాలిటీలో 18,474 జనభా ఉన్నప్పటికి వీర అభివృద్ధి కోసం పాలకులు ఎలాంటి అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టలేదు. పాలకులు మున్సిపాలిటీ పేదప్రజల అభివృద్ధి కోసం ఏమి చేసారో తెలియ చెయ్యాలి. కనీసం ఉపాధి హామీ పథకం కూడా మునిసిపాలిటీలో అమలు లేదు, ఇప్పటికైనా మునిసిపాలిటీల పేద ప్రజల అభివృద్ధి కోసం ప్రత్యేక అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టాలని కడెం లింగయ్య డిమాండ్ చేసారు.
