In 2019, a house was mortgaged, 12 blank checks and promissory notes were taken. In addition, a loan of three lakhs was given by Five Star Finance. The agreement is to pay Rs 7356 per month till 1-8-2026. Even today, Rs 5 lakh 53 thousand 594 has been paid.

Three installments were not paid during the Corona period, and two more installments were paid through PhonePe and they did not reach the company, they saying. Recently, it was reported that a woman from Nagarikallu mandal attempted suicide at the the office.

Bank officials say that this bank is operating as a Chennai-centric bank. The government needs to focus on such banks that are mushrooming and prevent them from charging illegal interest, Saying leaders of people organizations.

2019 లో ఇల్లు మార్ట్గేజ్ పెట్టి, 12 ఎంప్టీ చెక్కులు, ప్రాంసరీ ఎంటి నోట్లు తీసుకోవడం జరిగింది. దీనికిగాను మూడు లక్షలు లోన్ ఫైవ్ స్టార్ ఫైనాన్స్ వారు ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది. నెలకు 7356  చొప్పున చెల్లించేలాగా 1-8-2026  వరకు ఒప్పందం. నేటికీ 5 లక్షల 53 వేల 594 రూపాయలు చెల్లించడం జరిగింది. కరోనా కాలములో మూడు కిస్తీలు  కట్టలేదని, మరో రెండు కిస్తీలు ఫోన్ పే ద్వారా కట్టిన అవి కంపెనీకి చేరలేదని, అంతేగాక మరో ఆరు కిస్తీలు కట్టలేదని అందువలన వాటికి వడ్డీలకు వడ్డీలు వేసి ఇంకా రెండు లక్షలు చెల్లించాలని ఈ సంస్థ మేనేజర్ తెలియజేస్తున్నారు.

ఆర్బిఐ సూచన మేరకే చక్ర వడ్డీలు అసలు గా మారటం అన్ని జరుగుతాయని, ఆ సంస్థ మేనేజర్ తెలియజేస్తున్నారు.

దీనిపై ఆర్బిఐ గైడ్లైన్స్  వగైరా పరిశీలించి, ఫైవ్ స్టార్ ఫైనాన్స్ ఇలాంటి సంస్థల వల్ల చిరు వ్యాపారులు, ఆటోలు, ఇతర వాహనాలు కొనుగోలు చేసేవారు, ఇలాంటి ఫైనాన్స్ కంపెనీ తీసుకొని చాలా ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు. ఇటీవల నగరికల్లు మండలానికి చెందిన ఒక మహిళ వీర్ ఆఫీస్ వద్ద ఆత్మహత్య ప్రయత్నంకు పాల్పడ్డట్టు తెలియ వచ్చింది.

చెన్నై సెంట్రర్ గా ఈ బ్యాంకు నడుస్తున్నట్లు బ్యాంకు అధికారులు తెలియజేస్తున్నారు. పుట్టగొడుగుల్లా వస్తున్న ఇలాంటి బ్యాంకులు పై ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి పెట్టి అక్రమ వడ్డీలను వసూలు చేయకుండా అడ్డుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉన్నది.
